	High Country Shipping’s Services for 24 Hours of 9 Mile

	HCS arranges for bike and luggage shipment in advance of 24 Hours of 9 Mile to our facility in Wausau, Wisconsin. Professional bike mechanic services thru Rib Mountain Cycles. Bike and luggage delivery to the 9 Mile campground, hotels, and private homes (available at no additional cost). Bike box storage during 24 Hours of 9 Mile (free when shipping with HCS).

	How it works

	HCS partners with UPS/Fedex to offer personalized shipping services. Call HCS at 877.231.1363 or Based on when your bike is ready we will recommend shipping options. Shipping labels will be sent to your home or place of work. HCS will arrange for pickup of your bike and/or luggage. We will confirm the pickup and track the shipment to insure its on-time arrival. Upon arrival of your shipment at our facility we will inform you via email. HCS delivers your bike to your hotel or you pick it up from the 9 Mile campground or Rib Mountain Cycles.

Pricing and Transit Dates

The set prices below are based on a bike box that weighs up to 60 lbs., with a dimensional size of up to 130, and that is insured for $1,000 (additional insurance is available at $1.25 per $100 in value).

Bicycle assembly, safety inspection, and box packing are available thru Rib Mountain Cycles for $80 or $40 each way.

If not shipping with HCS, storage is available for a $15 fee per item.

Please keep in mind that HCS prices are comparable to retail UPS/Fedex pricing.

Where to Pick-Up Your Bike BEFORE 24 Hours of 9 Mile

Bikes and luggage can be picked up from High Country Shipping’s vendor site at the 9 Mile campground or Rib Mountain Cycles beginning on Friday July 24th through the start of the ride on Saturday July 25th.
Delivery of bikes and luggage to Wasau hotels and private homes is available at no additional charge when arranged in advance.

Where to Drop-Off Your Bike AFTER 24 Hours of 9 Mile

Bikes and luggage can be dropped off for shipping after the event at Rib Mountain Cycles.
HCS will pick up bikes and luggage at Wausau hotels and private homes at no additional charge.
