	High Country Shipping’s Services for 24 Hours of Moab

	HCS arranges for bike and luggage shipment in advance of 24 Hours of Moab to our facility in Moab, Utah. Professional bike mechanic services thru Pro Support Event Services. Bike and luggage delivery to the 24 Hours of Moab campground, hotels, and private homes (available at no additional cost). Bike box storage during 24 Hours of Moab (free when shipping with HCS).

	How it works

	HCS partners with Federal Express to offer personalized shipping services. Call HCS at 877.231.1363 or Based on when your bike is ready we will recommend shipping options. Shipping labels will be sent to your home or place of work. HCS will arrange for pickup of your bike and/or luggage. We will confirm the pickup and track the shipment to insure its on-time arrival. Upon arrival of your shipment at our facility we will inform you via email. HCS delivers your bike to your hotel or you pick it up from the 24 Hours of Moab campground.

The Costs and Transit Times

The set prices below are based on a bike box that weighs up to 60lbs, with a dimensional size of up to 130, and that is insured for $1,000 (additional insurance is available at $1 per $100 in value).

Bicycle assembly, safety inspection, and box packing are available thru Pro Support Event Services $80 or $40 each way.

Bike box and luggage storage during 24 Hours of Moab is free when shipping with HCS.
If not shipping with HCS, storage is available for a $15 fee per item.
Do you have your own Fed-Ex account?
Please keep in mind that HCS prices are comparable to retail Fed-Ex pricing.

Where to Pick-Up Your Bike BEFORE 24 Hours of Moab

Bikes and luggage can be picked up from High Country Shipping’s vendor site at the 24 Hours of Moab campground beginning on Friday October 9th through the start of the ride on Saturday October 10th.
Delivery of bikes and luggage to Moab hotels and private homes is available at no additional charge when arranged in advance.

Where to Drop-Off Your Bike AFTER 24 Hours of Moab

Bikes and luggage can be dropped off for shipping anytime during the event through Monday morning the 12th at HCS’ vendor site at the 24 Hours of Moab campground.
HCS will pick up bikes and luggage at Moab hotels and private homes at no additional charge.
