High Country Shipping’s Services for the Bicycle Tour of Colorado

	HCS arranges for all bike shipping in advance of the Bicycle Tour of Colorado (BTC) to Gunnison, Colorado.
	HCS coordinates professional bike mechanic services thru the Tune Bike Shop. All bikes shipped to the Tune-Up should be shipped thru High Country Shipping.
	High Country Shipping will be on site at the BTC campground for client pickup of unassembled bikes and luggage.

How it works

1.	HCS partners with Federal Express to offer personalized shipping services.
2.	or call HCS at 877.231.1363
3.	Based on when your bike is ready HCS recommends shipping options.
4.	Plastic shipping labels are sent to your home or place of work.
5.	HCS arranges for timely pickup of your bike and/or luggage.
6.	HCS confirms the pickup and tracks the shipment to insure its on-time arrival.
7.	Upon arrival of your shipment in Gunnison we will inform you via email.
8.	Bike assembly is coordinated with the Tune-Up bike shop or HCS delivers your unassembled bike to BTC campground.
9.	At the end of the BTC High Country Shipping is at the finish to receive your bike and ship it home.

	Do you have your own Fed-Ex account? Please keep in mind that HCS prices are comparable to retail Fed-Ex pricing.

	The Tune-Up bike shop will professionally assemble and disassemble your bike for $60. This service is coordinated thru High Country Shipping.

Where to Pick-Up Your Bike BEFORE the Bicycle Tour of Colorado

1.	*Assembled bikes* can be picked up directly from the Tune-Up bike shop. Shuttles run regularly to & from the BTC campground.
2.	*Unassemble bikes* and luggage can be picked up from High Country Shipping’s vendor stand at the BTC Gunnison High School campground beginning on Saturday the 19th of June.

Where to Drop-Off Your Bike AFTER the Bicycle Tour of Colorado

1.	Bikes for *self-disassembly* can be dropped off at HCS' vendor booth at the BTC finish line.
2.	Bikes for *disassembly through the Tune-Up* can be dropped off directly at the Tune-Up bike shop. Return shuttles regularly run to the BTC campground. ** HCS arranges for return shipping from the Tune-Up.
