What if I have a Bike or Luggage Shipping claim ?

If you incurred damage while your items was being shipped please contact us immediately.

It is very important not to discard any packaging materials.

Take pictures of the following and forward them to us:

Please provide details of the items make, model, brand names and the year it was purchased. We will also need repair estimates or receipts for lost items.

Please submit all of this to us via e-mail at  Info@HighCountryShipping.com  and we will respond to you within 48 hours of receiving this claim.
