Dear Guest,
Enclosed you will find everything you need to ship your luggage to Telluride for your stay. We will be picking up your items on the date agreed on. We can not guarantee a specific time the day of pick up so if you will not be home that day or need to leave. Please leave your luggage in a secure location where the driver can find it. If the location is not obvious please leave a note so the driver will be able to locate the items.
For ground shipments the driver will be bringing the labels to place on the luggage. For air shipments you will find the pre-printed labels in this packet. Ground tends to pick up later in the day so don’t become surprised if they pick up as late as 7pm. This is normal if the driver is running late that day. We will be tracking each pick up to make sure it is done. If you become worried feel free to call us.

Here are some simple instructions to follow:
If you are shipping luggage without a box
- Wrap luggage tag around the handle of the luggage and fasten.
- Place white zip tie through the hole in the luggage tag and around the handle.
- Use black zip ties to secure zippers on luggage (if not locked).
- We suggest having your name and address in the luggage as well as on the outside attached to a handle.
- Remove shipping label from backing and place on luggage tag (Driver provides labels for ground shipments).
- Place items on porch or other secure area for driver to pick up on scheduled pick up date.
If you are shipping luggage with a box
- Remove shipping label from backing and place on box
(Driver provides labels for ground shipments).
- We suggest having your name and address in the luggage as well as on the outside attached to a handle.
- Place items on porch or other secure area for driver to pick up on scheduled pick up date.
