How does the whole thing work?

1. Contact us or click HERE to arrange for luggage pickup on-line.
2. We gather information about you and your trip.
3. Based on the arrival date we decide on a pick-up date.
4. We send a fedex welcome envelope to you.
5. Label your luggage - click HERE for Labeling Instructions
6. We have luggage picked up on the agreed upon date at your home or office.
7. We verify that luggage was picked up as planned.
8. We track the luggage to verify that is moving towards it’s destination in the time expected.
9. The luggage arrives at our facility.
10. We weigh and measure each bag and enter it into our inventory system.
11. It is then stored until the day you arrive.
12. On the day you arrive we deliver the luggage to you.
13. After your stay we come back to your hotel . condo, house etc. and pick-up any luggage you wish to ship back to your home.
