How does the whole thing work?

1. Contact us @ 877-231-1363 or click HERE to arrange for luggage pickup on-line.
2. Our luggage professional will gather information about you and your trip.
3. Based on your arrival date a pick-up date will be selected.
4. A High Country Shipping welcome envelope will be sent to you.
5. Label your luggage - click HERE for Labeling Instructions.
6. Your luggage will picked up on the agreed upon date at your home or office.
7. Our luggage professionals will verify that your luggage was picked up as planned.
8. Our luggage professionals will track your luggage to insure on time delivery.
9. When your luggage arrives at our facility, HCS weighs and measures each bag and enters them into our inventory system, at this time your credit card will be charged.
10. Your luggage is stored until the day you arrive.
11. On the day you arrive we deliver the luggage to you.
12.  After your stay we come back to your hotel, condo, house etc. and pick-up any luggage you wish to ship back to your home.
