We like for you to call us as soon as you decide to use our services. This gives us multiple options for shipping. We usually require 10 business days when using ground transportation from anywhere in the country. Of course the closer you are to us the less time it will take. We can evaluate the time necessary when we talk with you. Ground is the cheapest form of shipping but requires you to have your items ready for pickup 2 weeks before you arrive at your destination.
If you can’t have your items ready 2 weeks out we have one , two and three day air service available. This is generally more reliable and will get your items here in the number of days chosen. We need at least 2 days notice to use overnight service. Reason being that we need to send you the tags overnight so that they arrive the next morning. The luggage can then be picked up the same day if necessary.
The goal of our service is to have the luggage at your destination at least one day before you arrive in town. This gives us a cushion to work with in case of weather delays or any other unforeseen mishaps.
