FAQ's

What packaging should I use?

We accept any form of packaging, but we recommend a package that best protects the contents.

  • When packaging your items you can use a boxes, duffel bags, ski bags, etc.
  • If a bag is used, please be aware that the bag may be scuffed up during transit. Insurance does not cover the outer packaging against damage.
  • If you are concerned about your luggage being damaged, please use a box.
  • Many travelers use ski bags and duffel bags for their gear. If you would like to use such a bag, your local sporting goods store or online store has many choices available.

Please place your home name and address on the inside and outside of your luggage. We will be sending luggage tags in the mail, but in the event that that tag is damaged in transit your name and address in multiple locations on the package will identify the owner.
