	High Country Shipping’s Services for the Iron Horse Bicycle Classic

	HCS arranges for bike and luggage shipment in advance of the Iron Horse Bicycle Classic to our facility in Durango, Colorado. Professional bike mechanic services thru Pro Support Event Services. Bike and luggage delivery to the Iron Horse campground, hotels, and private homes (available at no additional cost). Bike box storage during the Iron Horse Bicycle Classic (free when shipping with HCS).

	How it works

	HCS partners with UPS/Fedex to offer personalized shipping services. Call HCS at 877.231.1363 or Based on when your bike is ready we will recommend shipping options. Shipping labels will be sent to your home or place of work. HCS will arrange for pickup of your bike and/or luggage. We will confirm the pickup and track the shipment to insure its on-time arrival. Upon arrival of your shipment at our facility we will inform you via email. HCS delivers your bike to your hotel or you pick it up from the Iron Horse campground.

Pricing and Transit Dates

The set prices below are based on a bike box that weighs up to 60 lbs., with a dimensional size of up to 130, and that is insured for $1,000 (additional insurance is available at $1.25 per $100 in value).

Bicycle assembly, safety inspection, and box packing are available thru Rib Mountain Cycles for $80 or $40 each way.

Bike box and luggage storage during the Iron Horse Bicycle Classic is free when shipping with HCS.
If not shipping with HCS, storage is available for a $15 fee per item.

Please keep in mind that HCS prices are comparable to retail UPS/Fedex pricing.

Where to Pick-Up Your Bike BEFORE
the Iron Horse Bicycle Classic

Bikes and luggage can be picked up from High Country Shipping’s vendor site at the Iron Horse campground beginning on Friday May 22nd through the start of the ride on Saturady May 23rd during the hours of 8am until 5pm.
Delivery of bikes and luggage to Durango hotels and private homes is available at no additional charge when arranged in advance.

Where to Drop-Off Your Bike AFTER
the Iron Horse Bicycle Classic

Bikes and luggage can be dropped off for shipping on Monday May 25th at the HCS vendor site at the Iron Horse campground during the hours of 8am until 5pm.
HCS will pick up bikes and luggage at Durango hotels and private homes at no additional charge.
