How it works

1.	We *strongly* encourage riders to make their reservations online. HCS will then contact you to confirm shipping.
2.	Plastic shipping labels will be sent to your home or place of work. View your state’s ship-by dates on the map below.
3.	HCS will arrange for pickup of your bike from your home, work, or bike shop. Bikes can also be dropped at a local UPS/Fedex ship center.
4.	HCS will confirm the pickup and track the shipment to insure its on-time arrival.
5.	Upon arrival of your shipment we will inform you via email.
6.	After the MTB National Championships HCS arranges for return shipping from your hotel or partner bike shop.
7.	If loss or damage occurs during shipping, HCS becomes your advocate. We initiate the claim, fill out the forms, and see the process through to resolution.

Pricing and Transit Dates

The set prices below are based on a bike box that weighs up to 60 lbs., with a dimensional size of up to 130, and that is insured for $1,000 (additional insurance is available at $1.25 per $100 in value).

Bike Packing Recommendations

	We strongly recommend taking your bike to your local bicycle shop and having it professionally packed. If it's packed by a bicycle shop, there will be less risk of damage or additional assembly charges related to improper disassembly or packing.
	When packing your bike remember TAPE LINES! Mark your seat post height, handle bar and aero bar position with tape. This will insure proper positioning and fit.
