Professional bike assembly is NOT available for this event

This is a special one time program for moving your bikes to this event and home again Our plan has been well constructed and will save you the hassles of traveling to this event with your bike. The price is roughly half of what an individual bike shipping to this destination would be. We need a minimum of 50 bikes in order to do this program. Our plan is simple enough from your perspective.

1.	We will be using standard shipping services within the continental US to get your bike to a central point in the USA.

2.	All of the bikes arrive to our destination we will be pooling them together into one large shipment which will be air freighted directly to Auckland, New Zealand.

3.	Once the bikes arrive in Auckland we will be breaking apart the shipment and distributing them to your hotels.

4.	At the completion of the event we will be picking bikes up again from the same hotels and pooling them together again for return shipping to USA.

5.	Once the bikes arrive back in the states we will be shipping them individually to their proper destinations.

	Cost will be roughly $800-$900 round trip. Final cost will be determined after we see how many athletes wish to utilize this service.

How it works


1.	WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE RIDERS TO MAKE RESERVATIONS ONLINE

	HCS will then contact you to confirm your request. Your welcome packet will be sent to you via usmail or email (if time does not permit mailing).

2.	HCS arranges for bike pick up from your home, work, or local bike shop ($12 additional fee). Bikes can also be dropped at any local UPS/FedEx ship center(no additional cost).

3.	HCS keeps you inform via email of your bike’s pick up, arrival and return shipping. You can also login to our website at any time to view online.

4.	If loss or damage occurs during shipping, serves as your advocate. We initiate the claim, fill out the forms, and see the process through to resolution.

The set prices below are based on a bike case that weighs up to 60 lbs., with a dimensional size of up to 130.

	Cost will be roughly $800-$900 round trip. (Final cost will be determined after we see how many athletes wish to utilize this service) Note: We cannot accept oversize bike cases. All cases must be under 130 dimensionally.

How do I calculate my Bike Case dimensional size ?

Bike Packing Recommendations

	We strongly recommend taking your bike to your local bicycle shop and having it professionally packed. If it's packed by a bicycle shop, there will be less risk of damage or additional assembly charges related to improper disassembly or packing.

	When packing your bike remember TAPE LINES! Mark your seat post height, handle bar and aero bar position with tape. This will insure proper positioning and fit.
