Henderson, Nevada on November 5th, 2011

over local shipping stores and airlines.

Airlines charge up to $175 each way (United) and bikes are
     among the first items to be removed from airplanes
     when they are overloaded.

We strongly encourage riders to make their reservations online.
      HCS will then contact you to confirm shipping. Your shipping
      labels will be send to you via US Mail.

The set prices below are based on a bike case that weighs up to 60 lbs., with a dimensional size of up to 130, and that is insured for $1,000 (additional insurance is available at $1.25 per $100 in value).

How do I calculate my Bike Case dimensional size ?   

Bike Packing Recommendations

	We strongly recommend taking your bike to your local bicycle shop and having it professionally packed. If it's packed by a bicycle shop, there will be less risk of damage or additional assembly charges related to improper disassembly or packing.
	When packing your bike remember TAPE LINES! Mark your seat post height, handle bar and aero bar position with tape. This will insure proper positioning and fit.

Bikes will be available for pick up prior to November 4th at Las Vegas Cyclery’s storefront.

         ** On November 4th bikes will be ready for pick up at the event site in Henderson, Nevada.

         ** All bikes shipped to Las Vegas Cyclery for the ITU world Championship are shipped through High Country Shipping.
